Viper is excited to announce former Olympian, All-American and Collegiate Champion, Mary Jo Peppler, as our new Director of Coaching! Peppler has been coaching at Viper for the past four years and we are looking forward to her new leadership role. After retirement from Coast Volleyball Club where she served as the Director of Coaching and Program Development for a dozen years, Peppler has innovated training and teaching methods for virtually every level of the sport. Mary Jo's vision is completely dedicated to providing its athletes with the technical and tactical and physical training to reach their highest possible potential. Viper will strive to help each and every player regardless of age or ability to achieve maximum individual and team performance.
Viper is thrilled to have former Olympian and professional beach volleyball player, Karolyn Kirby leading our fall training for 2014. Kirby is a legend indoor and on the beach, winning more event titles (67) than any other women on the pro beach volleyball circuit. As one of the most decorated volleyball players in the sport, Kirby has a vast knowledge of skill training and technical development who is passionate about teaching all ages and abilities of volleyball players. We believe that Kirby's vision will take our Viper athletes to the next level and brings a once in a lifetime opportunity for the kids to work with the best in the industry.
