Meet Our New Trainer – Jordan Calles!
We would like to welcome our new strength and conditioning trainer, Jordan Calles, to our Viper Volleyball Community! Jordan has a unique combination of personal/group training knowledge as well years of experience in the physical therapy field. As a former football and track athlete, Jordan’s passion is rooted in creating workouts to optimize the development of each athlete’s strength, power and plyometric training, while also ensuring proper mechanics and techniques for continued growth. He is a motivated trainer, looking to get the most out of each athlete he has the opportunity to coach. With his experience in physical therapy he also has the added benefit of being able to provide workouts for optimal recovery and rehabilitation after an injury. We are so excited to add Jordan to our Viper team, and we’re confident he is going to help take our athletes to the next level.
Class is 1 time per week for 45 minutes. The monthly fee is $40/class. This is a month-to-month commitment. If you join/start in the middle of a month, you will pay $10 per remaining class for that month. Written notice is necessary to drop from the class prior to billing on the first of each month. You can submit this notice via email to firstname.lastname@example.org – please note that no refunds are given if you drop after billing has been processed or if you miss classes.
This program is only for our athletes enrolled on a Viper Club Team.
