What Is Club Volleyball?

Club Volleyball season runs from November – July depending on the team and level.  Viper offers three different levels of club training:  Elite, National and Local. Viper provides exceptional training to athletes at any phase in their athletic career.  Make new friends, be part of a team and compete, with the best volleyball program in Temecula!

WHAT IS ELITE?

Our Elite Level is for the highest level of volleyball athletes.  These are the players looking to compete with and against the best volleyball players in the country.  Most of our Elite athletes are pursuing playing volleyball in college.   Elite teams travel and compete against the best clubs in the country.  The practice six hours a week and potentially more. They will compete in SCVA tournaments throughout the season, and have a goal of qualifying for the Junior Olympics.

WHAT IS NATIONAL?

Our National Level is for intermediate players. This level is for players still learning major concepts, but are getting closer to the Elite Level. These teams practice twice a week for two hours each practice. During season they play the same SCVA schedule as Elite teams, and finish their season at The Volleyball Festival in Arizona.

WHAT IS LOCAL?

Our local program is for beginner to intermediate players, looking to play competitive volleyball. These teams practice twice a week for 1.5 each practice. These teams will travel to 7 tournaments, 6 of which are in San Diego, and one that is held at our facility in Temecula. Many of our Elite level athletes started in our Local program. This program will provide players with the foundation to move to the next level.

Why Viper?

Viper is committed to excellence.  We have hired what we believe to be the best coaching staff in the valley.  Our staff is compiled of Olympic, professional and former collegiate athletes who have gone through much of the same training.   The foundation of our volleyball program is a commitment to teaching.   Our goal is to create an environment which is positive, fun, technical and conducive to learning.   We have done our jobs when our athletes leave the gym dripping in sweat with a smile on their face.
