I am proud to announce that Neemias Costa will be Directing our CORE Strength and Conditioning Program for the 2011-2012 season. Costa has designed an incredible state of the art program for Viper's Elite athletes and will take our players to the next level! This page will provide our athletes with instruction and comments regarding our CORE training this season. See you at the gym!
